(GLYAD)
1 INTRODUCTION
GREAT LAKES YOUTH ASSOSSIATION FOR DEVELLOPEMENT (ASSOSSIATION DES JEUNNES DES GRAND LACS POUR LES DEVELOPPEMENT)
This is the youth association of Great lakes region with the main objective”Developpement”.The association has been created in 2011 for supporting this youth to develop themselves, also contributing for their family
, their country and in other words for their regional developpement throughout the continental developpement
The idea of overcoming with this organization has been motivated by the fork of the youth’s strength in society, the youth youth has the main work shore of the society. After words this is the Non-Government Organization (N.G.O) targeting to surround Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, and Sudan with its activity. Actually its main action ray is created in Rwanda.
2. IT’S MISSION
-Decrease the the number of unemployers, including also the number of wonderers.
-Encouraging the youth of this region on self creation activities generator of interests
-To nsensibilise this youth to adhere on cooperative movement for gathering together
-Encouraging them in creating money founder cooperative.
-Serve for them as their speaker on local authorities even though on international one.
-Sensibilises this youth to protect the environnemmental by creating the pro-environmental club
-Sensibilise this youth to prevent against AIDS with sensibilisation se minors truth Anti-Aids club.
-Support this youth on its education by insuring the school fees, and so to fight against the analphabetism.
-Sensibilise this youth to be against all purpose that tend to conflicts block its developpement.
3. MAIN OBJECTIVES OF GLYAD
It has been created for:
a. Helping and collaborating the youth of great lakes region to protect the environment
b. Helping them in self creation activities by associating themselves in money founder cooperatives
c. Helping this youth to develop integrality.
d. Contributing on youth education by insuring the school fees and so to deal with the anaphabetism which is the worst fact due the development.
e. Sensibelise this youth to prevent against AIDS and drugs by creating specials clubs against these.
f. Leading them to the self-entertaining culture not to focus their faith in help by begging .
g. Helping this youth to learn about the saving culture .
h. Associating with region ‘sstate to deal with the wonderers increasing number which the development that is needed .
i. Reintegrating and helping the unmarried mother or baby-maker girls who has been mistreated in society by encouraging them to hope in future,reserve of nature and so fighting against the prostitution ,the worst fact due the development ,caused by this mistreatment .
j. Supporting their education by offering the school fees meanwhile the cause of this prostitution ,also putting in them the self creation activities spirit ,generratorof revenue that must even contribute on their development
k. Helping them to exchange experience whith foreigners through seminar or local
exchanging experiences.
-Sensibilise the youth of great lakes region to use condoms so that to reduce the HIV/AIDS spreading in region .
_Nsansibilise this youth with the appropriate councelling against drugs specially for the youngest ones including teenagers.
_Speaking in favour of basterds and for children victim of HIV/AIDS transmitted through the way mother-child when they were born.
-Reducing the ecological pollution by planting the bio-diesel trees through this youth of GLYAD.
GLYAD’S ACTIVITIES
All activities of GLYAD association are found in projects that are conceived by this youth and though done by themselves. These projects target to contribute for integral development of youth in this great lakes region ,where GLYAD execute its activities .
THE PROJECT OF GLYAD
The project of GLYAD are contained in :
1.T.I.O PROJECT (TomorrowI Is Ours ;Demain est à nous )
2.APP PROJECT (Art Promotion in Prison; Promotion des Art en Prison)
3.SAGE PROJECT(Safe Guard the Envirronement; Sauvegarde l’environement)
4. GLYMA PROJECT (Great L akes Youth Magazine )
N.B: Briefly, GLYAD’S main objective is to help the youth of this region in such self –entertaining structure and so contributing on national and regional development in general.
GLYAD’S BENEFICIARIES
GLYAD’S beneficiaries are all youth who have been entertained by GLYAD’S association through its projects.
STRUCTURES OF GLYAD
They are:
1)ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL is formed by :
_The president of administrative council who is also the legal representative.
_The 2 vice president of administrative council
_The secretary.
2)CONSELORS COMITY
This comity is formed by five persons directed by president of counselors comity and 2 vice president .They are been nominated by the administrative council.
3)EXECUTIVE COMITY
This comity coordinates all daily activities of the association .It’s constituted by:
-The COORDINATOR: is him who coordinates all GLYAD’S activities .He is the main organ of the association.
-EXECUTIVE SECRTARY and other employers including also the project’s unity of managing .
PROJECT MANAGING UNITY
This branch is formed by :
-Sub-regional representer of GLYAD in charge of his/her unity in his respective country.
-coordinator or project’s head master and other persons that represent the organization in province and district of the country.
NB:The sub-regional representer will be on duty when the organization will set up in all region of great lakes .Afterwards ,is the coordinator or project headmaster who will assume this function.
THE EVOLUTION OF THE ORGANISATION
GLYAD is the organization that has been conceived radically with difficulties that affect the youth of the great lakes region.This youth will divided through associations or cooperative movements established according to the local respective contexts.
In other words ,before that GLYAD will set up officialy its activities ,it will have other projects and branches through states that form this great lakes region .So the non government organization GLYAD will help the youth of region through different projects established within anywhere in the region .
The head quarter or head social office will be established in Kigali (Rwanda) where will begin GLYAD’s activities before it spreads its activities through the whole region of great lakes according to the actual possibilities .The investiment funds of GLYAD will provided by different nation or international sponsors or bakers funds with willingness because GLYAD is a non targeting money association .And even GLYAD will be either developed by the increasing number of trellors or sponsors funds . In fact we are full of belief that with this support ,GLYAD will attend its main objectives .Including also that through it,GLYAD will help its beneficiaries in their respective countries and even the whole great lakes region in general ,why not in all Africa.This means that by beginning basicallyin the family ,it will attend the whole region.
CONCLUSION
GLYAD is a non targeting money association that intends to assist the children and youth of great lakes region through its projects.The GLYAD ‘S beneficiaries of its activities are such as orphans, baby-makers girls, including teenagerhood.The specific counseling will be given to these teenagers.
GLYAD will have a permanent and occasional or temporary personal in charge of the organization’s level in the country till to these on low level basically.
